Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with Naughty Kreationz. Since our naughty wear is custom-made to your specifications, please carefully review our return policy before placing your order.
1. Customized Items Are Final Sale
Due to the custom nature of naughty wear, items are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless they meet the criteria below.
2. Exceptions: Defects or Shipping Damage
We want you to love your purchase! If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, damage, or it's different from what you ordered, you may be eligible for a return or exchange.
To qualify:
- You must contact us within 3 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
You must provide clear photos showing the issue.
Once approved, you may choose:
- A replacement of equal value
- A store credit (Refunds are issued at our discretion, depending on the issue.)
3. How to Request an Exchange or Store Credit
To submit a request:
1. Submit the form on the Contact Us page or email us at customersupport@naughtykreationz.com
2. Use the subject: "Defective Item - Order Number."
3. Include:
- Order number
- Photos of the defect or damage
- Description of the issue
We'll respond within 3 business days with the next steps.
4. Shipping Returns
If a return is approved:
- We will send you a return shipping label and cover the costs.
- We will provide a trackable shipping method - but we are not responsible for packages lost during shipping.
5. Non- Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Custom Wear
- Items worn, washed, or altered after delivery
- Items without tags or packaging
- Hygiene-sensitive items (for health reasons)
- Adult products (Outside of shipping damage, we do not assume any responsibility for adult products. Please refer to the manufacturer's warranty for further assistance or concerns).
6. Order Cancellations
- Due to personalized customizations, after an order is placed, cancellations are not accepted.
